The China Mama family's most formal room, opened 2024

A server builds the first two spring wraps off a trolley of thin wheat pancakes, meat, vegetables, egg and condiments. Then the job gets handed over. Duck and tofu soup and a drier style of dan dan noodles round out the order.

Spring by China Mama opened in May 2024 in Suite 700A on Paradise Road, in the same centre as Ferraro's Ristorante. It is the third China Mama location and by some distance the most formal.
