Ciao Vino Ristorante

★ 4.6 · 130 reviews Las Vegas Opened 26 August 2024

Italian organised by region, not by course

The menu is organised by region rather than by course convention, which gives it more range than the Boca Park address suggests.

Ciao Vino opened on 26 August 2024 on South Rampart Boulevard in Boca Park, one of several projects HUKL Hospitality announced that year. Previously of Vetri Cucina at the Palms and Osteria Fiorella at Red Rock, Joel Myers runs the kitchen.

Saturday at 4:30 PM we arrived for our reservation and were greeted right away by the hostess, Maddie. She was very sweet and attentive and immediately made us feel welcome. We were seated right away, which was a great start to the evening. Not long after, our server Sam came to the table. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering easy. For appetizers we had the meatballs, Caesar salad, and shrimp cocktail, and everything was delicious. From the starters to the main course and even dessert, we were not disappointed. The cocktails were great as well. During dinner, the restaurant manager — a very nice gentleman — stopped by our table to ask how everything was, which we really appreciated. It showed that they truly care about their guests’ experience. Overall, everything was excellent: the service, the food, and the atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

FANTASTIC food!! all the wheat, for the wheat based items, is brought in from Italy. you can definitely taste it in the pastas, bread.... only been open for 1.5yrs. my son is VERY picky with his steaks, he said his ribeye was the BEST he's ever had!! he ordered it medium and it was PERFECT!!! Desserts were amazing!!!!!!!!! THE BEST was the passion fruit panacotta. Such beautiful artistry on the desserts too - see pics

I love this restaurant! Great food, beautiful venue at the good location, amazing service, such a nice Happy Hour & big wine collection. Calamari, Chicken Marsala, mussels, carpaccio, Panna cotta - my favorite ones, I recommend. One my fav local spots in Summerlin.

We were welcomed in by Cassidy who was so friendly and while checking us in, ok made us feel so happy. He was so accommodating and we really appreciated his attention. Colleen was our waitress and she was so attentive, friendly and had off the charts customer service. We ordered the meatballs, Bucatini and Pork Chop. The food was an 11 on a scale of 1-10. The presentation of our dinner was just so perfect. The restaurant is just so beautiful and we just loved sitting in the dining room, so festive. Everyone was just so happy dining at Ciao Vino. We will definitely be returning soon😇 Thank you, Ciao Vino😇🎉

It's rare when you get everything right on the menu, but Executive Chef Nikolay nails it! From pizza to pasta, salads to seafood, and knock out desserts, everything on the menu is a surprise of perfect flavor and execution. The front of the house, right on it but never in it, provide impeccable service while the back turns out plate after plate of amazing cuisine. I can see why their happy hour lasts all day. Not to be missed. * well-behaved dogs welcome on the patio.
