Back on the west side after a long permitting fight

Brisket, pulled pork and baby back ribs come off the same pits as at the group's other locations. Brian Buechner had spent much of the past year waiting on inspections after closing the South Fort Apache room in May 2024.

Big B's Texas BBQ opened on 23 July 2025 in Suite 300 on West Sahara Avenue. A grand opening celebration followed in August.
