A Spanish braseria crossed with a French brasserie
Bonafide French cooking from a former Joel Robuchon chef sits alongside Spanish grilling here, a braseria crossed with a brasserie. Oscar Amador and his team wanted a restaurant with more room to it than their tasting-menu formats allow.
It opened on 17 February 2026 in Suite Z on the second floor of 3900 Paradise Road, in what had been Yolie's Brazilian Steakhouse. The EDO Hospitality partners first walked the space at the end of 2023.
