AYYA Hospitality's modern Mexican room in the corner of UnCommons

A salsa sampler opens the menu, followed by grilled street corn, bluefin tuna crudo and chicken mole. A hundred seats fill the dining room, eighteen more line the bar. A private room sits behind one-way glass.

AYYA Hospitality Group opened it on 3 July 2024 in Suite 105 on Helen Toland Street, in the southwest corner of UnCommons. It made UnCommons a dining destination rather than an office park with restaurants attached.
