The seafood half of Jose Andres' empire, inside Crystals

Hokkaido scallop crudo, Maine lobster croquetas and tacos filled with jamon Iberico de bellota give the tasting menu its range. Whole fish gets finished 'Jose's way' tableside.

Bazaar Mar opened at the Shops at Crystals in August 2024, the fifth Jose Andres restaurant on the Strip at the time. It runs tasting menus only, unusual for the address. The adjoining Bar Centro turns to caviar and cocktails at night.
