An American gastropub crossed with a Japanese izakaya
Kalbi tacos share the menu with a sando built around a marinated ajitama egg. Italian-inflected wagyu meatballs land over ra-pasta, a ramen-noodle stand-in for spaghetti. The kitchen holds both traditions in balance rather than picking one.
It opened with 5LV Hospitality in late September 2025 on South Jones Boulevard, in the room that had been District One Kitchen & Bar. Chef Winston Matsuuchi runs the kitchen, having also built Omakase Kyara Sake Bar nearby.
