A Strip steakhouse back after more than a decade away

Goat cheese baklava, wagyu cigars, a tableside Caesar salad and steak tartare, and Japanese A5 sold by the ounce carry the group's old signatures forward. Locals were offered half off steaks during the opening run, not how the Strip usually behaves.

Boa Steakhouse reopened in the Grand Canal Shoppes in October 2025, more than twelve years after Innovative Dining Group closed its Forum Shops room. A grand opening party followed in November.
