One of the valley's best kitchens restarts in Chinatown

Chef Johnny Kestler cooks across Latin America instead of one country, and Chinatown gives him a neighbourhood full of the adventurous diners that food needs. This was one of the most anticipated Vegas openings of the year.

Aroma reopened on 28 May 2026 in Suite 35 on Spring Mountain Road, ending a long gap after Kestler's Henderson lease ran out in autumn 2025. The space was previously Tres Cazuelas, where he had briefly worked a decade earlier.
