A lighter counterweight to the Strip's meat-and-seafood houses

Turkish, Greek and Lebanese mezze arrive in volume, the same template the Washington original has run since 2002. Crispy brussels sprouts with barberries and wood-grilled octopus travel best.

Zaytinya opened in the Forum Shops at Caesars in May 2025, Jose Andres' seventh Las Vegas Strip restaurant. It stays deliberately lighter than the group's meat-and-seafood houses further down the boulevard.
