A Cosmopolitan burger institution moves to the Arts District
The over-the-top burgers and the boozy Bam-Bum shakes survived the move intact. Holsteins ran inside The Cosmopolitan for about fourteen years before closing, a fixture of the Strip's burger scene.
It resurfaced on South Main Street on 29 May 2025, between the Velveteen Rabbit and Main St. Provisions. Moving from a Strip casino to the Arts District is rare, and it gave the neighbourhood a proper burger anchor.
