Everything gets brewed on site using only malted barley, hops, yeast and filtered water, run through a ten-barrel system. Most taprooms in this valley are small. The scale of this one is the news.

Evolve Brewing opened in January 2025 in Suite E-100 at The Bend, a space from the Aces & Ales group with a full kitchen, 250 seats, a private event space and two dog-friendly terraces. It runs 8,800 square feet.
