A two-Michelin-star London Indian restaurant, in its first US room

The menu runs the London way: appetisers, vegetarian sabzis, kebabs and tikkas off the sigri grill, then curries and biryanis. The tandoori lamb chops carried over intact, and the Strip had never had Indian cooking at this level before.

Gymkhana opened inside Aria in December 2025, taking the room Julian Serrano Tapas held for years. It is the first American outpost of the Sethi siblings' London original, which holds two Michelin stars.
