Master Kim's Wagyu House

Tabletop wagyu grilling replaces all-you-can-eat inside Palace Station

Grilled tableside and graded rather than all-you-can-eat, the wagyu here is a step up from the usual casino Korean barbecue. It is the upmarket spinoff of Master Kim's, the Korean BBQ chain that spread across the valley through early 2026.

Station Casinos announced the Palace Station opening on its own site days ahead of the 26 July 2026 debut. A wagyu-grade tabletop room at this price point is still rare for a Las Vegas casino restaurant.

Service could be more attentive. Music way too loud.

The atmosphere was good! And I was impressed with the ventilation! Bryson was an excellent server and made sure we were well taken care of :) but definitely come back again!

Service was great! Serenity was amazing to us! I’ve had other Korean bbq in town but this place really elevated the level to Korean bbq! Would come back here again!

Fantastic food and service! This place is 3 weeks old but the parent company owns a bunch of KBB spots across Vegas. When you order the sake bomb they do a k pop dance for you, too.
