Delivery-only sushi that grew into a real room

The room seats about 65, and the menu runs roughly triple the delivery version, with foie gras, caviar and A5 wagyu alongside the fish. It is the best sushi in the valley that is nowhere near the Strip.

Doanburi began as a delivery-only sushi concept from chef Jae Doan and Katie Ray, working out of a shared kitchen hub. The pair spent 2025 building a real restaurant on South Rainbow Boulevard.
