Graded wagyu cooked tableside in broth, from the Chubby Group
Graded wagyu gets cooked right at the table in broth here, the whole menu built around it. Founders David Zhao and Haibin Yang both made the Forbes 30 Under 30 food and drink list in 2022.
It opened on 1 January 2024 on Spring Mountain Road, a Chubby Group project founded in Las Vegas in 2015. The group also runs Chubby Cattle BBQ, Chubby Cattle Hotpot, Chubby Skewers and The X Pot at The Venetian.
