Persian home cooking inside a Mediterranean menu

The name refers to kuku, the Persian herb frittata. The kitchen leans Iranian within a broader Mediterranean menu. Hummus, falafel, red lentil soup, tabbouleh and shirazi salads, chicken and beef kebabs, lamb chops, koobideh wraps, baklava and a lemon poppy seed cake fill it out.

It opened in March 2024 on South Maryland Parkway near downtown. It is one of the better cheap lunches near the UNLV corridor.
