A pandemic food truck finally gets a kitchen

Spicy salmon poke turns up in salmon bombs, nachos and bowls. Fried noodles with vegetables and fish cake, loco moco, garlic chicken and ribeye plates fill out a menu built for the plate-lunch format.

Antidote Flavors of Hawaii opened its first bricks-and-mortar shop in February 2024 on Medical Center Street in the Rhodes Ranch neighbourhood, after starting life as a pandemic-era food truck.
