A tree grows through the dining room, kept disciplined

Purple velvet chairs meet red velvet thrones and crystal chandeliers here, with a tree rising straight through the middle of the room. Chef Sterling Buckley's cooking is far more restrained than the decor suggests.

The biscuit of the day and a duck board serving the bird four ways are the standing orders, alongside Friday's fried chicken with champagne. It opened in the Colorado building in May 2024.

The menu was a little difficult to understand at first, but once our waitress explained it, I was able to order the banana French toast with eggs and homemade sausage. The eggs were scrambled medium and cooked just right, and the food was absolutely delicious! The bottomless mimosas were slow to be refilled at times, but they truly never stopped—and they were really, really good. The music was bumping, the décor was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was lively and fun. Palette is a great brunch spot with a unique vibe that perfectly complements the artsy energy of the Arts District. I would definitely go back, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

Beautiful establishment, sheek decor beautiful color scheme and floral arrangement. We were seated immediately and came in between brunch and Happy hour. We chose to wait the 10 minutes and went with happy hour.. I had the Rose($9) cocktail and ordered fried rice($11). The drink 10/10 the rice had potential good in flavor but it came out warm, not hot fresh being that happy hour just began and had a separate menu. There was also a heavy presence of oil that you could taste and visually see on the plate, that I couldn’t enjoy it. Service was good and atmosphere relaxed, definitely a must see.

Been wanting to check this place out for a long time so I found it a few weeks back walked in the place is beautiful. It catches your eye right away. If they say you eat with your eyes, this place is one of the most delicious places you get a Michelin star chef experience right in the heart of the art district. The food is amazing. The banana nut bread French toast is a mush. Try the drinks or salad. I wish I would’ve got one of the more the actual drinks like with all the smoke coming out. It can get on the price of your side for two of us. Our bill was $80. That was with a meal each and cocktail each, but you will not be upset spending that money. The service was pretty well. Someone always was coming to the table and check. It was not a second that they didn’t highly recommend to check this place out for Saturday brunch DJ might’ve been the best part of the experience he kept the vibes very chill music was perfect by where you didn’t have to scream at your partner at the table overall again you will be very impressed if you’re looking for a good food and great photos to post this is your place they have a special little gift for you at checkout. It is very sweet and pink and fluffy.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! From the moment the food hit the table, I knew we had found something special. Every bite was packed with flavor, creativity, and the kind of quality you can only get from truly fresh ingredients. What sets this restaurant apart is the incredible attention to detail. The fresh-made biscuits are out of this world, and the fact that they create different jams throughout the day makes every visit a unique experience. You can tell the chefs are passionate about what they do—they're constantly creating, innovating, and turning simple ingredients into something unforgettable. In a world full of restaurants, this is one that genuinely stands out. The food isn't just a meal; it's an experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and put this place at the top of your list. This is the kind of restaurant you'll be thinking about long after you've left—and counting down the days until you can come back.

Had an amazing time at Palate. The service was top notch. They knew their stuff and knew the menu! They provided education on the food and drinks to make sure we knew what to expect. Their timing was impeccable. We didn’t need to wait for service and they appeared in the right moments. We tried the butchers block, the spicy lil mama, old fashion, and the queso! Food was delicious and loved the menu offerings! And the live music added so much to the experience and the vibes! It’s tucked into a beautiful area filled with art! 10/10 recommend can’t wait to visit again and bring friends and family!
