The kitchen keeps the hakata tonkotsu formula: pork broth simmered long, thin straight noodles, chashu. The Summerlin room announced its menu in January before opening, which is not how ramen shops usually behave.

Marufuku Ramen opened its second Las Vegas Valley location in February 2026 in Suite 170 on Festival Plaza Drive in Downtown Summerlin, taking the space SkinnyFats had held. It follows the January 2025 debut at The Bend in the southwest.
