Had an incredible dining experience at Al Pazzi in Las Vegas. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Our server, Gege, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel seamless and welcoming. We ordered a little bit of everything — calamari, octopus, burrata, entrées, and desserts — and every dish was outstanding. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the menu and the overall experience. If you’re in Las Vegas and looking for a memorable meal, this is absolutely a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back.

We had such a fantastic experience at Ai Pazzi! We chose to sit at the bar for dinner, and from start to finish everything exceeded expectations. We began with the pizza and calamari appetizers—both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The calamari was light and crispy, and the pizza had incredible flavor. For our main courses, we ordered the Chicken Parmesan and the Osso Bucco. Both dishes were outstanding and felt truly authentic. The Osso Bucco, in particular, was incredible—perfectly tender and literally fall-off-the-bone. We also had a few special requests with our meal, and the chef was more than happy to accommodate, which we really appreciated. Our server, Krista, made the experience even better. She mentioned she’s been there since the Speidini days, and her knowledge and warmth really showed. She was friendly, attentive, and gave excellent menu recommendations. We were also excited to hear they’re working on a happy hour menu—can’t wait to check that out! Overall, an amazing dining experience. We’re definitely looking forward to adding Ai Piazza to our regular restaurant rotation!

EDIT: I also wanted to call out Joey as possibly the best server we had the pleasure to be with in Vegas. He was super prompt professional and hilarious and truly made our experience great. Amazing place to stop for dinner. Delicious cocktails and food from start to finish. The complementary focaccia the appetizers mains and sides we had were all delightful. The Polpo was fantastic and surprisingly flavorful. The Branzino and Zuppa were phenomenal as well. I wish we had multiple chances to try this restaurant out because one visit would not suffice. I recently dined at Ai Pazzi inside the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and overall had a great experience. I ordered the Rigatoni alla Vodka, which was absolutely delicious. My fiancé ordered a steak with a side of potatoes and broccolini, and both sides were amazing — the potatoes in particular were so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Overall, the food was really good. The only dish that didn’t quite work for us was the watermelon salad. Unfortunately, the flavors didn’t pair well together in our opinion, and it’s not something we would order again. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was truly 5-star. Our server Jose was incredible and made the whole experience even better. Since we recently got engaged, the staff surprised us with champagne and cannolis, which were delicious and such a thoughtful touch. Overall, I’d rate the food 4 stars, but the service 5 stars. We’ll definitely be back — especially because of how amazing the hospitality was.

I’ve eaten a lot of Vodka sauces in my time and know how to make a really good one. This was by far the best I’ve had. Cooked to perfection 10/10. We will be back when we visit Vegas again.
