A covered patio for a valley with almost none

The patio is the reason the name says so: a covered outdoor room in a part of the valley that gets very little shade and very few places to sit outside.

Chef Ricardo Romo opened it in June 2025 on Southern Highlands Parkway, his third Las Vegas restaurant. Roma Kitchen came first in September 2024. Chef's Roma Kitchen came before that, bought with partners in December 2022.
