Mexico City's most copied seafood restaurant lands on the Strip

The tuna tostada carries over from the Mexico City original chef Gabriela Camara has run since 1998. So does the pescado a la talla, split red and green down the middle.

Cantina Contramar opened at the Fontainebleau in March 2026, Camara's first Nevada project. Architect Frida Escobedo and Casa Dragones founder Bertha Gonzalez Nieves came out for the opening party.
