The room that was Pho So 1 for 31 years
Oxtail with rare flap steak and brisket are the two bowls the kitchen leads with. Following a restaurant that ran three decades in the same room sets an unusually high bar for a Chinatown opening.
It opened on 24 April 2026 on West Spring Mountain Road, replacing Pho So 1 after a 31-year run at the address. A coming-soon sign went up in January 2026, and ChinatownVegas.com spotted it first.
