The viral wagyu burger finally gets an address

The wagyu patty and the Beast Mode fries are what the queues are for. A skateboarder and a Michelin chef built this one together: Neen Williams and Phillip Frankland Lee of Scratch Restaurants Group.

It started as a pop-up at Resorts World in July 2025. NADC stands for Not a Damn Chance. It opened its first permanent room on 15 May 2026 at 124 South Sixth Street downtown.

Very cool place that just opened. Burgers are high quality. Staff was super friendly. Their special ketchup was really good too. This place is definitely going to take off!

Saw their menu only had a couple items on it, which is usually a good sign. A place that specializes in just two items had better know what they are doing and this place does. The burger was amazing and the fries were crispy and so flavorful. If you are looking for a high quality burger, this is the place. And their in house ketchup is great too.

This burger is INCREDIBLE! Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did. Just a little hole in the wall, perfect for an amazing, juicy wagyu “hangover” burger, walking distance from Fremont St.
