A chophouse with a Strip view, atop the Rio's tower
James Trees treats the modern chophouse loosely enough to keep pasta on the menu, and the view over the Strip does a lot of the remaining work. The room reopened after a long renovation stripped out the old nightclub-era fittings.
High Steaks opened atop the Rio's Masquerade Tower in October 2025, in the space that had been VooDoo Steak. It is Trees' sixth Las Vegas restaurant and his first inside a casino, after Esther's Kitchen and Ada's.
