Marc Sgrizzi's return, south of Blue Diamond Road
Marc Sgrizzi has cooked in Las Vegas since 2000 and owned several restaurants here. One was Chef Marc's Trattoria, which closed during the pandemic. This is his own name over the door again, with a menu of substantial antipasti and pasta made on site.
It opened in May 2024 in Suite 130 on South Rainbow Boulevard, south of Blue Diamond Road. It is the sort of chef-owned neighbourhood Italian the southwest had been missing.
