Guest House

Las Vegas Opened November 2024

Two years and six million dollars in the making

The lavishness of the room is not accidental.

Guest House opened in November 2024 on Las Vegas Boulevard south of the Strip, after a build-out that ran roughly two years. Permitting records valued the project at six million dollars and put it in the former Tommy Bahama Restaurant.
