The SF ramen chain's first location with a full bar

Hakata tonkotsu is the house style here: rich pork broth, ultra-thin noodles, chashu braised pork belly. Las Vegas got the first Marufuku location with a full bar, built around cocktails made with Japanese spirits.

Marufuku Ramen opened its first Las Vegas shop in January 2025 at The Bend in the southwest, the acclaimed San Francisco operation's tenth US location. A second valley location followed in Downtown Summerlin in 2026.
