The Pin Kaow family's biggest, brightest room yet

Braised short rib khao soi is the dish to lead with, and the kitchen also serves a tiffin-style lunch that is rare to find outside Bangkok. The dining room runs bigger and brighter than the older Pin Kaow rooms.

Blue Orchid Thai Kitchen opened on 2 May 2025 on South Las Vegas Boulevard in the southwest, a sibling of the long-running Pin Kaow Thai restaurants. A sign at the address had signalled the project since early 2024.
