Lisa Vanderpump's flamingo-pink dining room, at the Flamingo
Pink accents, greens and golds give the room a tropics-meets-art-deco look. A painting of Vanderpump riding a giant pink bird hangs over it all. The menu is elevated American: upright deviled eggs with fancy toppings, wagyu sliders with dill tots.
Pinky's opened at the Flamingo in December 2024, named for Vanderpump's own nickname and decorated accordingly. The pastel cocktails are the ones she built a television career on.
