The room where Mr. Brightside might have been born

A twenty-year-old Brandon Flowers is said to have found the material for Mr. Brightside inside these walls, when this was the Crown & Anchor. That British pub ran for almost three decades before closing in July 2024.

Truck Yeah Catering took over the licence in late 2025 and opened The Irish Spot on 21 April 2026, on East Tropicana Avenue. Swapping a British pub for an Irish one keeps the address doing what it always did.
