A 44-ounce tomahawk with the owner's name burned into bone

The tomahawk is the signature, the name lasered into the bone and torched to bring the letters up. The butter cake follows a Smith family recipe rather than a pastry chef's invention.

Emmitt's opened on the edge of the Fashion Show mall in February 2024, after Hall of Fame running back Emmitt Smith had announced the project nearly two and a half years earlier. The room runs 30,000 square feet along the Strip-facing side of the mall.
