Biscuits and gravy meet okonomiyaki potato cakes

Biscuits and gravy are made in house and lead the menu. The modern half of the kitchen shows up too, in dishes like okonomiyaki potato cakes. Vegan and gluten-free versions cover most of the menu, unusual for a Southern breakfast room.

Longtime Las Vegans Kyung and Honey Lee opened it on 1 February 2025 in Suite F-100 on West Sunset Road.
