Cha Cha Chá lands in Wynwood, in the old Beaker & Gray room
Cha Cha Chá started in Mexico City, grew up in Los Angeles, and has now taken over 2637 North Miami Avenue, the address Wynwood knew for a decade as Beaker & Gray. This version is indoor only and more formal than the LA courtyards.
The cooking is Pacific-leaning Mexican: seafood, mezcal, salsas built for the table rather than the camera. Dinner only, Wednesday through Sunday.

First time here, and they did not disappoint! We ordered the Aguachile Verde and the Aguachile Negro. My favorite was the Aguachile Verde, while my partner absolutely loved the Aguachile Negro. We also ordered the Tacos Checa, and everything was amazing. The bartender, Bailey, made me an incredible sangria that was so good I had to order a second one! She was super sweet and kept checking on us throughout our visit also Jose también 🥰. Our waitress, Jose, was also amazing. He took the time to explain the entire menu and assured us that everything was delicious—and she was right! Both Bailey and Jose provided outstanding customer service and made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give it 10! We will definitely be back

Raul and Jose deserve a shout-out for guiding us to some incredibly tasty dishes! We highly enjoyed the coconut ceviche with mandarin and nasturtium, as well as the unique esquites made with sweet corn, shrimp, lobster aioli and queso fresco. The lobster pescadilla tacos with Oaxaca cheese and spiced salsa verde were delicious, and the slow-cooked pork was the absolute winner of the night. The location is a fantastic spot with a welcoming atmosphere for families and post-work gatherings. The fun photo of the wrestler 'El Santo' is a wonderful touch! 🤍

We visited Cha Cha Cha on a rainy weeknight, so the place was not full, but there still was postive vibe led by latin music and a cheerful staff. Our waiter Jose was professional, friendly, and made worthwhile food selection recommendations. They make two special versions of margaritas. The Carnitas, pork shoulder main dish is a must and I highly recommend the the Lobster Pescadilla as well as the Cevicha de Callo that has a tasty guacamole sauce (see photo). All dishes come with outstanding homemade tortias of various types. As Mexicana cuisine goes, Cha Cha Cha was on the less spicy side and some of our dishes had a wonderful hint of piña. So if you want a bit more fiery, ask them to bring their unique sauces.

I was actually surprised to see it half empty because the food was really good. I started with the Ceviche de Callo, but it was a little too spicy for me, so I swapped it for the Ceviche de Coco and wow… probably one of the best crudos I’ve had in months. My solo dining experience continued with the Salbute de Pollo with the sauce on the side. Super flavorful and definitely worth ordering, although the tortillas were a bit greasier than I would’ve liked. Way too greasy for me :( No room for dessert this time, unfortunately, but that just gives me an excuse to come back.

I recently dined at Cha Cha Cha in Miami, and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a fun night out. Sara the bartender and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. I especially loved how fresh and authentic everything tasted. I highly recommend Cha Cha Cha to anyone looking for a lively spot with excellent food and top-notch service.
