Contemporary Italian cooking inside the 830 Brickell tower.
Seia opened on 14 March 2026 inside 830 Brickell, the office tower that has pulled a run of ambitious restaurants into its base. The cooking is contemporary Italian: handmade pasta, wood-fired fish, a wine list weighted toward the north.
It reads as a business-lunch restaurant and works better at dinner, when the room slows down.

I usually don't do reviews but the service in Seia is def something else. Roman and Daniel were spectacular! Don’t remember the last time I went to a place in Miami with such a great service. The food is exceptional, don't get me wrong, but the service was above and beyond. Coming back next weekend to continue enjoying the view! Thanks Roman for the brilliant menu suggestions as well!!

Amazing food! I had a fettuccine a bolognese and the fresh made pasta was just like I had in Italy! The server was very attentive and the view of the place is breathtaking! Definitely recommend

Great experience on the 54th floor! We had a wonderful evening here. The restaurant has a really pleasant, calm atmosphere without any loud music, making it a perfect spot for a great night out together. The views of Brickell are absolutely stunning, and the service was very attentive and professional. We ordered the artichoke, Caesar salad, two types of pasta, the branzino, and two small desserts. The food was good and well-prepared (a solid "good plus"), though it didn't necessarily bring anything new or have that mind-blowing "wow" factor. The total came out to around $250, which is a very fair price for the location and overall experience. Just a heads-up: valet parking is $35. Overall, a great place for a fun and relaxed dinner!

This is the only real rooftop restaurant in Miami. I love the food, amazing taste with great service. Definitely recommend to try when you’re in Brickell to try amazing food and stunning Miami view from the 54th floor
