Fast skyway sandwiches on Marquette
Skip the coat, skip the cold. Paperboy sits right in the downtown skyway on Marquette Avenue, built for office workers who need a sandwich fast and want to stay indoors the whole way there.
It's a rare new bet on the skyway system itself, a network more places are quietly giving up on. This one's built for a quick lunch, not a lingering one.

Absolutely incredible. Just the type of sandwich place every city is in desperate need of. If you’re sick and tired of big brands (Subway, Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mike’s) then PaperBoy is the perfect antidote! I’m no expert, but also feels like the sandwhiches here are healthy too! I showed up right before close and the owner was super gracious about making me one final sandwich. Can’t wait to come back and try more; the Tuna sandwich I got was amazing!!! 10/10!

I am a Pistacho Paradise kinda guy, but today I gave the Tuna Conserva a shot. No hyperbole, it's the best Tuna sandwich I've ever had. I will now endeavor to try the entire menu just to give them all a fair shake. Welcome to the skyway, hope you stay a long time.

One of my new favorite sandwich shops in the Cities. The food is fresh and filling, and the service was quick and friendly.

Fantastic sandwiches. Great portion and ingredients. This is the closest thing I've found to a legit Tuscan sandwich. The line can be long (which is great), but I ordered ahead and was able to grab my order very quickly. The Bianca was delicious, looking forward to trying some of their other variations.

Paid $55 for three sandwiches (including tax and tip). We ordered two Pistachio Paradise sandwiches and one Fiorentina. The sandwiches were prepared quickly with friendly service. There’s no seating inside, but there is seating available around the corner. The sandwiches were tasty, but the value was hard to justify. Having had similar sandwiches in Florence, Italy for around $9 that were nearly three times the size, I found the portions here quite small for the price. For that reason, I’m deducting one star. Overall, good quality, but the price-to-portion ratio felt too high. If you’re a single person with a lot of expendable income and work downtown, this might be a good place to stop.
