Ten vendors inside a historic citrus warehouse
A 1940s citrus packing warehouse holds ten vendors and a central bar now, the kind of adaptive reuse the Packing District was built around. Immigrant food runs through most of the stalls, a deliberate curation rather than a random mix of whoever signed a lease.
It's closed Mondays, open the rest of the week into the evening. Twenty seven thousand square feet is a lot of ground to cover in one visit.

I love this style of market that has multiple options available for people of all types and all preferences. The good selection of quality restaurants allows for a diverse menu that will accommodate people of any pallet. The facility itself is wide enough to accommodate a great number of people. The bar is is a great centerpiece and has enough of a selection for most people. My only complaints is the noise level for this facility with very little sound dampening around the rooms it makes it very hard to have decent conversation.

We went here for the the first time. They have different spots you can eat from. Sunday we chose Kayos Jamaican Grill. You talking about delicious 😋. I had the oxtails and rice and peas, jerk chicken, with jerk sauce on the side, and cornbread. We are definitely going back. One of my friends want to try the chicken and waffles at another spot. This place is kids friendly too.

If you’re looking for a unique and energetic dining experience, The Great Southern Box Company is hard to beat. The concept is incredible—a full bar sits right in the center, surrounded by 12 different food spots offering everything from American and Italian to Mexican and Latin cuisine. There’s even a waffle spot, so no matter what you’re craving, you’ll find something that hits. What makes it stand out is the flexibility—you’re never locked into just one place. On my latest visit, I went with oxtails and some unbelievable birria ramen (something I get every single time). The drinks definitely add to the experience. Between the Long Islands, Vodka-cran, and Grey Goose shots, it’s easy to settle in and enjoy a full afternoon. The vibe is lively but relaxed, making it perfect for groups or just kicking back. And if somehow none of the food options fit your mood, there’s also a sports bar attached with around 15 TVs, so you can grab a drink, catch a game, and still be part of the atmosphere. Best of all, everything is very affordable for the quality and variety you’re getting. This is easily one of the best spots in Orlando to spend your time—and we’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely love it! Great day! Awesome food! We all had something different, from different restaurants. Poke bowl was very fresh, sushi burrito had rave reviews, Mexican burritos they said we're delicious, and great fried noodle pad that! It's awesome, because everyone can choose whatever they want. Plenty of people around to clear tables, outdoor patio is expansive, and very pretty, dj was fantastic! Great place to take people new in town. We can't wait to return!

First time at this establish and I love how modern it looks inside. As soon as you walk in the have a water station with ice cold water which is great after being outside in the hot sun. They have many food options such as Thai, middle eastern, Jamaican, Brazilian, Mexican, and burgers with wings too name a few. Everything is quick service and the staff are happy to help with any questions. I ordered from eighty twenty two gentleman and the women who seemed to be in charge worked efficiently, and quickly. The food was tasty, hot and fresh. I highly recommend and will be back :-)
