Breaded beef cutlet inside East End Market

Gyukatsu is the one dish worth building a trip around, beef cutlet breaded and seared rare in the center. It's a stall inside East End Market rather than its own building, small enough that reservations are close to mandatory.

Dinner runs Thursday through Sunday only. Saturday adds a Japanese breakfast service, a rare offering anywhere in Orlando before Gyukatsu Rose picked it up.
