Michelin recommended Cantonese barbecue inside Mills Market
Cantonese barbecue and dim sum share one counter here, roast duck and har gow off the same short menu. It's tucked inside Mills Market rather than running as its own storefront, easy to miss on a first pass through the hall.
Michelin noticed anyway. The kitchen keeps split hours: morning through mid afternoon, then dinner again until close.

I know it seems like everything I get is spicy but I do enjoy simply savory and soulful as well. I make a pretty good pot of chicken and dumplings, love biscuits and gravy, and this was the kind of feel I got from the Beef Chow Fun today. I didn’t even add soy sauce to it, just enjoyed the umami that was already there. I also did the pick 2 meats, honey bbq pork and roast duck for my supper later. It’s Asian but it all translates into comfort food. My goal this year is to try everything at Kai Kai.

I visited Kai Kai BBQ while I was in Florida and ordered the Happy Family, tofu, cucumber salad, duck, and pork dumplings. Everything was delicious. The duck and dumplings were just okay, but everything else was excellent. I'll definitely be making Kai Kai BBQ my go to spot every time I'm passing through the Orlando area..

Came here with the family and we left so happy. The BBQ was super fresh and the staff helped us get the grill going just right. Dumplings were the star though — juicy, packed with flavor, and we ended up ordering a second round. Service was friendly and quick, and the portions are solid for the price. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

A fun food hall experience!! I ordered soy sauce chicken and crispy pork combo and no rice. My food came in a take-out container with some bok choy. It is DELICIOUS, both the pork and chicken especially the latter, tender juice and flavorful. The lady was so friendly and warm. When I asked if I could order without rice, she answered delightfully yes! This food hall is a popular spot with a few other stands. It was casual and fun to explore this place.

Phenomenal bbq and dumplings served in a multi restaurant style food hall. I highly recommend the soy sauce chicken, bbq ribs, roast duck, and crispy pork. I also left with an order of roast duck bao, which I will enjoy later. Seating can be limited here, and it is quite loud as it carries a very modern and trendy vibe.
