Build-your-own fairy gardens inside a Parramore fabrication studio

A four-foot table in back was meant for overflow. Customers started building fairy gardens on it instead. The table grew into a room, then the shop. Owner Kathleen Rounds traces the pull to daily contact with soil.

The shop moved into Goblin Studios on West Central Boulevard in August 2026, a Parramore space that rents units to makers. Rounds landed it after asking about a vacancy there. Builds run $32, or $18 for the smaller pixie version.

Good to know

• Fairy gardens are $32, smaller pixie gardens $18; walk-ins are taken when there is space, groups should book.
• Open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am-5pm. Van Goghblin, the coffee shop in the same building, is how the owner found the place.
