La Santa opened on North Fifth Street in October 2025 with ceviches, mofongo and skirt steak topped with creamy plantains and shrimp. The Japanese half shows up in the smoked salmon and tuna rolls.
It runs until 2am, which makes it one of the few places in North Philadelphia where paella and a margarita at midnight is an option.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. I could NOT get enough of the aesthetic of this place. I was in complete awww when I walked in. Our server was amazing, drinks & food were top tier. Ari the waiter was really attentive to us & was aware of us the whole time. Love it here!

What a hidden gem in North Philly. The space’s aesthetic is stylish and definitely Instagram-worthy, with a dining area that feels open enough for group gatherings. The food stands out—creative, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. Ari really took care of us too— great service. And Richard clearly knows what he’s doing behind the bar; the drinks are a highlight on their own. Definitely worth checking out!

The food was simple and perfectly tasty!! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the tostones were crispy but soft inside. Giselle and Jonah were a great team who made us feel welcomed and took great care of us. The music, vibe, and care is dope. Will def come back for drinks & hookah another night 🇵🇷 p.s- the hookah was so smooth!

La Santa has a great atmosphere and everything is organized & styled well. Giselle is very attentive and Jonah made excellent drinks!! The steaks were cooked perfectly and the beans/rice simple but tasty. They have good music and at night they also have hookah. Everything was perfect!
