Pool tables, cold beer and a breakfast menu that starts at 9am. That's the pitch at Pinky's, the new sports grill that took over the old Angel's Trumpet space at 2nd and McKinley.

A crew of Phoenix bar veterans runs it, and it plays it straight as a neighborhood sports bar rather than chasing the Roosevelt Row art crowd two blocks away. Weekends, the bar stays open into the early morning.
