Thirty local brands, zero commission, one shop floor

Vendors here keep 100 percent of their sales. That structure alone makes Static Hall unusual: it bills itself as Arizona's first commission-free collaborative retail space, and more than thirty local brands split the floor into their own sections instead of one mixed rack.

Expect vintage, handmade goods, art and jewellery, each with real shelf space to build a mini-storefront. The setup targets brands that outgrew weekend markets but can't swing a lease solo. It also anchors the Melrose First Friday market right outside its door.

Good to know

Melrose First Friday spills into the parking lot with an open-air market, that's the night to go.
Vendors rotate and drop new stock through the day, so the racks change between morning and evening.

Love Static Hall! I am a vendor there, so am in quite often. Everytime I go, there is something new to check out (and take home!). My biz, Cactus Vine is near the front door - I love how deep and spacious the shelving is. Plenty of room for all my merch, without feeling cramped. They are amazing to their vendors, and have the best working relationship of any shared location I have been a part of. If you are looking for a unique gift, something for yourself, or just want to hang out at one of the many events, this is the place to go!

I’m so grateful this space for vendors exists and I appreciate everything about my experience so far. I especially appreciate how transparent everything is when it comes to cost, space, etc. I haven’t experienced that with most vendor spaces I’ve looked into. That made my decision very easy to make.

Static Hall is amazing! As vendor, this is the first place that I’ve seen that offers To sell your products without taking a commission for each sale. But as a person who loves the shop local, I love that this is a place I can come to to find a bunch of unique gifts!

Static hall is such a lovely + inclusive space for local artists & creators to display their products & craft!
