Paradis opened in November 2024 at 901 West Washington Street in Mission Hills, the ground-floor, all-day half of the same project as Communion upstairs.

Breakfast through dinner without changing rooms, which Mission Hills was short of. It works best in the morning, when the pastry case is full and the rooftop is still closed.

This place was such a vibe!! Came for a networking meetup and work on their outdoor patio in the back. I had the Iced Honey Latte and it was so strong and delicious. I went back for more to order the Procuitto Guyere croissant which was the perfect savory snack. They also have free WiFi which made it easy to do work on a weekday. Will definitely be back!

There are a number of coffee shops in Mission Hills and Paradis is my absolute favorite. The food is delicious, the coffee menu is straightforward with something for everyone, and the atmosphere is the best. Whether I’m meeting girlfriends to catch up or looking for a quiet corner to post up and get some work done, Paradis is my go-to spot. The staff are knowledgeable and professional and there is always something fun to do on their events calendar. If you haven’t discovered this gem in Mission Hills, check them out.

The relaxing tea and matcha and late lunch are perfect for Sunday afternoon. The Ice Cherry blossom matcha is light and smooth. The sweet fragrant is amazing! ❤️ will be back to try more things!!

Paradis is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! It’s a gem with beautiful decor, lovely places to sit and lounge and catch up with friends, delicious drinks and bites! I was able to host a journal club meeting and everyone was in awe of how beautiful the space was, not to mention how delicious everything was. Marisa and a few of the amazing team members were SO helpful with helping us set up and break down and just being so incredibly attentive to our needs! Hands down one of the best venues in San Diego!!! I will definitely be back for my own pleasure and to host future events! Thank you so much Paradis team for everything you do! 💕🫶🏼
