Coffee roasted right on the Plaza

The beans get roasted on site here, which is still rare enough downtown Santa Fe to be worth the walk. Grab a cup and you're drinking something that never left the building.

The south Plaza spot also does pastries, sandwiches and breakfast burritos alongside the coffee program. Open daily from 7am to 5pm, so it works for breakfast or a midday break.
