Stopped in for some drinks and snacks just before leaving Savannah. Great selection of interesting cocktails and small plates, so you can piece together snacks or meals as you see fit. Fantastic design, both of the overall restaurant to menus to the food. Beautiful indoors, interesting booths, soothing colors and lights. Definitely want to go back for dinner. Love the unique small plates combos -- bar trio, hashrowns and caviar, martini service DIY. Very original and interesting. Cocktail glass icons always appreciated by the drink names so you know what you're getting. The gnocchi DELICIOUS the mushrooms SAVORY. We'll be back.

Nicely decorated restaurant with attentive, friendly servers, with minimal AC. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the ambiance or justify the price. The shrimp cocktail was good and came with an excellent sauce, but the steak frites was a small portion, and the steak, mortadella sandwich tasted more like a bologna sandwich than expected. To top it off, the grilled chicken ordered for my daughter arrived burnt. Overall, a lovely atmosphere with disappointing food.

Municipal Grand Bar was easily one of the highlights of our time in Savannah. We had a large group to celebrate a get together and they didn’t miss a beat. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming, with exceptional service that made the entire experience memorable. We started with the hash browns and caviar, which were perfectly crisp on the outside and rich & flavorful. The oysters were incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and some of the best we've had in a long time! The burger absolutely exceeded expectations—juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. It's the kind of burger that reminds you why simple dishes, when done right, can be extraordinary! Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the attention to detail was evident from start to finish. Outstanding food, a fantastic atmosphere, and genuine southern hospitality. Whether you're a local or visiting Savannah, this is a place that deserves a spot at the top of your dining list. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely amazing place to spend for a quick pop in for a drink while exploring Savannah, unwind after a long day or just grab breakfast as you wait for your flight (which lead me here). Shout out to Amy and Eva for the amazing hospitality they were super knowledgeable and friendly, just a blast to chat with and get to learn some more about their amazing drinks. GET THE HOTEL NATIONAL!!! I do not like that drink normally but their version is our of this world. Swing by give it a try! Highly recommend

Stopped by Municipal Bar for happy hour and had a great time. The oysters were fresh, the shrimp and olives were delicious, and the drinks were excellent. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and service. Definitely a great spot in Savannah for happy hour!
