Tandoor cooking with a Mediterranean twist, two Bib Gourmands running

Rang means colour in Hindi, and the kitchen lives up to it, sending salmon, lobster and paneer through the tandoor alongside the breads. Chef Sohan Singh Bisht runs the pass, and the restaurant has held a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand for two straight Vietnamese editions.

The menu leans Indian with Mediterranean touches rather than a straight north Indian lineup. The dining room sits on Võ Nguyên Giáp, facing the beach, with dinner running 17:30 to 22:30.
