Skip the backpacker seafood halls. The Sea puts its dining room right up against the beach on Cat Ba's central bay, and the catch on your plate came in that same day.

It opened alongside The Forest Beach Club in April 2025, part of a buildout that also brought jetski rentals, flyboarding and fireworks nights to this stretch of shoreline.
