Sushi and a hot buffet in the chain's biggest space yet

Watch the sushi chefs work the counter from the main room, then hit the hot buffet before you even open the à la carte menu. This is TOHOKU's flagship on Le Hong Phong street in Gia Vien, two floors deep and bigger than any of its Hanoi, Nghe An or Ha Long branches.

Hai Phong's Japanese food scene has mostly meant small independent spots. TOHOKU is the first one built at real scale, with everyday maki sitting on the same menu as premium set courses.
